Refund and Returns Policy

We hope to ensure the best quality of our products. If something is wrong with the product you can of course return and get a refund. Please write an email to info@awarenessproducts.net
and wait for our response. Products can be returned within 15 days after receival. The product needs to be in its original state when it arrives here, sent in a safe package and with a clear writing of address and order-number. As this is not a big webshop, you will need to pay the costs of returning yourself. It may be wise to get the mail registered, as we found out that normal mail delivery is not always assured within Europe.
